The CMR-M1-SH0401 hybrid video recorder (HVR) is a rugged multifunctional Mobile Rated Digital Video Recorder specially designed for the harshest mobile environments. Utilizing “Solid-State” recording technology along with the stability of a Linux embedded operating system to ensures valuable footage is kept secure. Also featured is the use of H.265 video compression / decompression technology.

The CMR-M1-SH0401 utilizes two (2) SD cards for its storage media. The secondary SD card either duplicates the primary SD card to ensure video is available when you need it most, or it may function as a secondary storage device, offering double the storage capacity. 

Several video recording formats are available to choose from: 1080P, 720P, WD1, WHD1, WCIF, D1, HD1 and CIF along with the unique capability to record three different types of video camera technologies simultaneously. Four channels of either standard high-resolution analog or Analog High Definition (AHD), supporting 1080p HD resolution (mix or match) or the option of adding a fifth “Totally Digital” IP camera (1080p). 

The CMR-M1-SH0401 also provides recorded GPS travel information (mapping), vehicle sensor inputs (brakes, turn-signals, warning lights, etc.) along with optional wireless video downloading. Even the option for “live-viewing” capabilities!
